Hey Guys,

So, it's come to that time. I'm going to school next year (BCIT) and I won't be able to afford to keep my Civic, unfortunately. I've put a lot of hard work into it and tried to keep it as mint as possible. It's currently gutted but if I get the price I'm asking for, I'll put the interior bits back in and find you a new set of rear seats (since the old ones had mold from a previous leak that I fully repaired and resealed). There are some stickers on the car, and I can remove them as the buyer sees fit. It is currently converted to OBD1 and has aircare till July 2010. She runs great, pulls crazy hard, and leaks very little oil (cam seal). She burns very little oil under VTEC, and the chipped ECU is running a tune that is slightly rich. I always put Chevron 94 octane gas in the car, and Mobil 1 5w40 at every oil change with a Honda OEM Oil Filter. All lights work, everything in the interior works, everything literally works.

THIS CAR NEEDS NOTHING.
This car has never been raced at the track.

The body has minor dings from doors and rock chips on the front bumper. The driver side fender has a small dent/scratch from a parking lot incident that caused no damage to the car. It's a little bit rough but won't take much to make it look brand new, off the show room style, again. I used to be a detailer so I am very meticulous with my car.

As I said, if I get what I'm asking for, I'll help the new owner with the car to make it how they want it to be. I'll be working at Image In Motion in the near future so any parts needed can be addressed as needed. I wish I didn't have to get rid of this car as it's my first car and I baby'd it like I would my own child. I'm going to miss this car very much.
