| Which would you rather rock? JL or SMET?
And by 'rock' I don't mean Rock & Republic
So I wanna start buying some new gear and was wondering which brand is better. Pros/Cons - Feedback welcomed!
Considering clothing is essentially a universal medium of expression I think its only fitting ( no pun intended) to get a general consensus from the fashion Xpertzz BGH JOIN GO GO NOW!!! ! ( inside joke)
JL or SMET?

JL.
Their clothes are really soft and comfortable, and have basic, but nice designs.

I'm amazed not one single vote for Smet.
Guess I'll start looking for JL stuff.
Seriously though, I thought SMET would get some love.

JL, however the stuff without the logos
They make really nice fitting cardigans, polos, dress shirts, and such. They are much more than just a company with logos.

Don't get the shit with the giant branding on your chest. Stick to their more modern-chic line. The preppier yet classier stuff.
Smet and CA = ass cheese.

doing it wrong! gotta get the dom rebel tees, CA hoodies and the smet hat, super t trues, and the nike shocks. oh and to finish it off you need the diesel murse. if you wanna be a van boy you can start by dressing like one.
in all seriousness just go to the stores and buy your clothes based on the design and fit rather than what brand it is..

Exactly, wear whatever the fuck you want. Who cares if some loser on Revscene is going to call you a "douche" for wearing a big logo T-Shirt, just as many people are going to think you're a douche for wearing a polo shirt (especially if you pop the collar).
So don't worry about what people think, don't worry about brand. Acquire some taste, and get what you like.
Now that being said, what the fuck does "JL" stand for?

Oh so golf clothes are "cool" now?
Remember when there was that thread where everyone was asking where to buy Lacoste polos?
That someone is trying to decide between this:
and this:
Makes my giddy |
