It depends on who you're talking about. The older Asians have an accent since most of them immigrated here but go to any elementary, high school or post sec and 9/10 Asians will not have an accent. But how can you not tell that a LOT of Asians under 40 can speak without an accent?

A lot of people don't know this but the guy that plays Peter Chao doesn't have a real accent and grew up in New Brunswick. I'm pretty sure way more than 15% of the province is white.
