Bug sprays/deterrents

Hey guys,

I'm gonna go camping in a couple of weeks and I need to know what are the most effective bug sprays or repellents. Don't want to come back with a bunch of bites.

I've seen the mosquito perimeter thing on tv but has anyone actually used it? How effective can that thing possibly be?

All suggestions/advice is appreciated!

I just came back from camping at Golden Ears and didn't get a single bite. In the past I usually might only come back with 1 or 2 tops. Every time I just bring spray and those candle things and has always worked out.

Jungle Formula
works great just shower off your sun screen when the sun goes down and slap it on, it doesn't smell as bad as most and is reasonable priced.

I read somewhere that bounce fabric softener sheets somehow deterred the. Look it up, I recall them saying to put some around your belt. How it works, I do not know
