are you sure? went there a few weeks ago and it's the same staff. i heard it was a family business also.
the food wasn't as good as before though. even their hainanese chicken was different.

they are now open'd 7 days a week before they were only open 6 days a week

they have replaced all the staff except for one chef
don't know if the fams will reopen but i am definitely super sad about this
their cuttlefish ball was THE best and it is now only a memory

i think the zhee wing guy first started his career in the food industry, then he experimented with the beauty industry then got famous
going back to his roots i guess
but honestly, he should go on a diet cuz he is fat as fuck
his commercials suck but in another way entertaining with eling wong

Bump ^.^ went today to try it with my friend and girlfriend..
tried the hai nan chicken
it was not that great, the rice is all bits and too wet, and the chicken was all dried up
piece of crap
and that guy was there he is so short ahhahah

well, i asked them for a few kind of foods that i used to eat at ho yuen....
they said they dont have it YET new menu comes out soon
the fat guy is there to talk to friends
seriously he kept on talking to his everyday customers
