There isn't much information on the GT 220M compared to the GT 130M, so I can't really compare if the extra $50 is worth it for the Asus even though it has DDR2 compared to DDR3 RAM in the Acer. However, I've had great experiences with Acer products (the laptop I have now is an Acer, as well as all the monitors in my house). So I'm leaning towards that. What do you guys think?
