i used to think they were alright but now that they have those TERRIBLE leds on the TOP of their headlights, they look bad... 
those leds only look good on the R8 and A5... even the a4 fails.

The A3 and the S3 doesn't have that big of a difference aesthetically like the A4 and the S4.
