I'm gonna bump this thread..
I started taking a multi-vitamin (One a day), but after reading this thread, i might switch to opti-men.

My real issue though, is that since I started taking the multi vitamin, i get a really bad stomach ache about 30mins - 1hr afterwards. I'm taking the vitamin in the middle of my meal, and drinking lots of water.
Is it just my body adjusting? or is it cause it's a cheap vitamin?

Opti-men FTW, makes your piss fluorescent.

the riboflavin(vitamin b12) does make your piss turn neon yellow. just drink more water.

i got total 3 a day true protein, 300 caps 30 bucks or something like that i just take 2 tho

Maybe your body's just more sensitive towards some of the ingredients that they add more into One a Day. I'd suggest trying some other Vitamins and see which ones you don't have that reaction towards, then comparing their ingredients and amount into each.

Personally, I'd stay away from One a Day and Centrum though.

Taking opti-men for the last 3 weeks, maybe placebo effect but I feel like my "energy" level is higher.

im taking orange triad which is better then opti-men but fuck is it ever expensive.. i brought over 4 270 tab containers over across the border, its a 6 month supply.. at first I thought I bought a 1 year supply but then I read your suppose to take 6 pills a day!! thats insane.. im gonna bring over opti-men next time, its 18.99 for the 180 on bb.com

I've used Animal Pak and Orange Triad. Been back and forth between the 2. I might give NOW adam a try once I'm done with my current bottle of OT. I also take Nutrasea Omega 3.

I get the same type of cramps after taking one-a-day. I am thinking its the quality of the pill itself.

i have one a day, should i just throw it away? i just ordered opti men btw..
