That looks approximately about three bowls/servings of a large bowl of pho. I know somebody who can eat all of that without hesitation in 30 minutes.

Judging by the picture and how much stuff is actually in that massive bowl I think I can finish that in an hour for sure on a good day. If I have to finish the soup too then probably not in an hour that's for sure.
