I'm gonna be an ass, but by the way you expressed yourself [the OP], you really should not be in university.
It's basically a half-assed excuse to not have to withdraw from university. They control the amount of credits you can take, you are required to conform to their plan, and you have to pay more. The only up-side is you aren't forced to go elsewhere.
