Well I guess the term is ambiguous. I don't think slapping on a wing and some wheels = rice. It really depends if it's aesthetically pleasing or not for our standards. Putting on a wing, spoiler, canards, splitters, and etc. on a car that's not used for the track doesn't make it rice as long as it's tastefully modded. They also serve for aesthetic purposes
