Currently thinking of getting a Panasonic LX3 for myself later....what do you guys think?

Yeah, larger sized sensor with less pixel density!

I'll be getting a few interesting shooting opportunities later on during the Olympics, but since I'll be working I won't be able to carry my 5D around that easily.

With the Olympus micro 4/3's, don't they have adapter rings to fit canon/nikon/lecia lenses? However, it sorta defeats the purpose of having a small camera with you have a big honking lens.

I'm actually quite excited for the S90. Very similar package to the LX3, and even smaller/sleeker.

I'd still choose the LX3 over the S90. The lens is better, but that's only because I don't mind not having the long end that the S90 lens has. YMMV.
