u like that shit ?

I like it better than Xplode and Expand, I find it works better for me but it does give me the shits sometimes right after I drink it. It honestly varies because some guys at the gym prefer Xplode over Superpump250.

Why don't you like it man?

NO2 and Voodoo
Q: What do you think of those popular NO2 type supplements for muscle building?

A: What do I think of them? Let's see... can we spell B U L L S H I T?

NO stands for Nitric Oxide, a very important molecule that signals the body to do all sorts of important things, one of which is dilate the blood vessels.

Most of these supplements are built around the amino acid L-arginine, which does tend to increase nitric oxide. That's one reason many nutritionally minded MDs will recommend L-arginine for both the heart and for erectile problems (the connection is that both are affected by circulation).

The thinking behind these NO2 supplements is that by increasing nitric oxide you'll improve circulation (probably true), which can help nutrients get to their destination in the body (probably true also).

But the idea that doing so is going to translate to bigger muscles is voodoo science.

Sorry. Save your money.

Yes Nitric Oxide is garbage if you're expecting it to give you gains just by taking it. But if you want a little extra boost of energy in the gym, it's pretty good for that. Think of it as drinking coffee and some energy drink.

But in general all supplements are useless if you don't put in the time/effort in the gym.

It's true that NO2 will not translate directly into bigger muscles, but I do find that it helps with my workout. I take cycles with it and find that when I'm on the off-cycle I have a hard time finishing my routine near the last 1 or 2 exercises. No this does not make me lift heavier weight necessarily but Yes it helps with endurance/stamina to finish off the last reps and routine.

Have you tried it? If not, you gotta give it a try man.

no kidding. I learned my lesson after buying 1 5lb tub from them (I didn't know about popeyes then).

and yes popeyes is definitely cheaper. I went to the one on Kingsway near metro and the dude there price matched SVN canada and gave me 10% off. Not to mention the other freebies you get after spending over $100.

oh the dude that helped me PM was the owner so I can't comment on whether they are always willing to PM or whether that was an exception because I was just about to to walk out of the store when the guy stopped me and told me he'll match and give me 10% off from the online store.
