Where do you buy your supplements? Where do you buy your supplements, and what sort of, if any, deals do you get (eg: member of a gym deal) ? Also, on average, what do you spend per visit? |
popeyes or supplements Canada .com they have to bogo deals |
Popeye's |

also look up svncanada.com and trueprotein.com I personally only shop from Popeye's Richmond... I use the law/emerg serv/military discount but I belive there is also a discount extended to fitness world mbrs... other than that they are pretty good with the Popeye bucks which is cash back you can use towards credit in store.. seems to be about 3-4% |
another thing too I might add about Popeye's -- their prices are reasonable to begin with versus their competitors |
I never liked popeye's because of the douchebag in the KITS one, I go to Fuel on Boundary and Lougheed, right next Brian Jessel BMW, they have pretty cheap stuff if you know them, I usually deal with Aaron or Ben. Another thing I usually do is, go to Bodybuilding.com when our dollar is good and ship it to Point Roberts. Group buy with friends and split the shipping costs, they use to have the buy 2 get 1 free deals that made things SUPER CHEAP, but they don't have that right now. |
^^ ya bb do have good prices |
has anyone tried black powder? |

It tastes like those chewable flintstones multivitamins I ate as a kid and it was really fizzy. I personally prefer the Superpump 250 in the raspberry lemonade flavor (even though it makes me take a dump right after I ingest it). I saw the Dymatize Xpand Xtreme the other day -- that looked like it could be fun. |

My friend just told me about SvnCanada.com or .ca don't remember, but he said it's free shipping if you buy over $100 and you get 5% off over $100 and 10% off over $200. I'm going to check it out to see if it's any good. Oh ya they ship out of Maple Ridge so shipping took two days. |

fuel usually gives a t-shirt/shaker cup(shitty or good one)/protein bar/samples/energy drinks Usually when I spend over $100 he gives me 2-4 things... i started denying the shitty shaker cups cuz i have 5 or 6 of em and i don't even use it.... |

100 bucks and they throw some stuff in |
hmm so it seems like supplementscanada with coupon code XFS ($10 off $100 + free shipping) is cheaper than SVN Canada for purchases just over $100. Unless someone has a better coupon code or know one for SVN. I think I'm gonna buy off them next time instead of supplementsmarket. The shipping was freakin slow as hell I hate buying off US sites. |
The last time i went, i bought under $100 and they gave me a big shaker cup, supplement samples, t-shirt, hat, bottle of water |

ummm for me I used SVN for my Superpump and Optimum Nutrition whey, free shipping 10% off... Superpump turned out to be $47 when you buy 2 and the Whey was $52 |
yvs 100-200 |
hmmmm seems like SVN is cheaper for what i bought.... I bought 2 x superpump250 2 x Optimum nutrition whey gold standard 1000g allmax creatine for $234 tax included and Supplementscanada just for 2 x superpump and 2 x optimum whey it's $237 already, I even used promo code XFS maybe other stuff that aren't priced at two may be cheaper at Supplements Canada |
^ Well I guess it varies depending on what you buy. If you buy over $200 SVN would be cheaper cuz of the 10% off. I bought just a bit over 100 so $10 off is better than 5% off. Either way, one should compare themselves |
I goto Reflex and SVN Canada for anything I cant find at the store. I get 10% regardless how much I spend at Reflex and there prices are almost the same as online. I can never find what I want at Popeyes or the flavor I'm looking for is never in stock. Mind you I've only been to the Popeyes on Kingsway. |
