That's true lots of junkies in that area, but if its the newer apartments that i'm thinking about they're pretty nice, and i think cop activity in that area is high so you have "security"

Yes I did some work on Keefer Street in that area and my truck was broken into numerous times, destroying booth doors and the ignition lock.

The posting says the building is on Station Street and there is a new building on the corner of Station and Prior that might be reasonably secure.

I never trust apartment buildings. I don't even like parking my car at my mom's place. I once had my car broken into just within 2 days of parking it at my friend's apartment.

You could set up one of those forcefields that would give potential thieves a shock if they decide to touch it, will you be putting a car cover on top?

Ah some of those thieves are pretty clever if they want it they will find a way to get it. Yes, the car always gets covered.

How about a secure, alarmed warehouse type building on annacis island? Rent will depend on how much space you are needing. Any idea on a time frame?
