How was the car allowed to enter Canada with factory tinted windows and windshield? Very odd.
And I remember a few years ago my friend was stopped in his CLK because his windows had a blue tint to them. The cop was about hand out a ticket but he couldn't because the tint was from the factory. I was also told by someone who use to tint windows that if the windows are tinted from the factory, they're legal, only windows tinted with film are illegal. Not sure if this is true but it would be interesting to see someone dispute this in court.
