Bankrupt, Liquidation, Huge-ass Sales, Thread

A Thread to notify members of really good deals.

============================

Probably a little too late, but it's a start nonetheless. Office Depot by Ikea and Soundsgood in Coquitlam is having a close out sale. Everything in the store is 75% off. I'm not sure how long it has been going on, but there's not much left. Still, I picked up a couple of office chairs and printer cartridges. Brand new filing cabinets and tables, etc. were all 75% off.

I saw people walking out of there wth loads of memory flash drives and cards. Of course nothing but 1,2, 4 gb ones left. All the significant ones were picked up. A few laser and inkjet printers left. At 75% off, it's damn good deal. Again, don't blame me if all is sold out. I went there this morning at around 11:45.

If i was soundgood , i'd take orders from rs folk , go and buy it from Office Depot , tack on a 10% service fee , and re-sell ....

As of an hour ago, nothing left except a few filing cabinets, and odds and ends.

They have to be out by the end of the month, so 29th is the last day.

Staples' prices aren't that bad actually if you use the $20 of $150 (sometimes $30/$50) coupons they send out regularly. I definitely spend a lot more at Staples than I do at FS/BB.

i asked my dad to check it out for me cause he lives in coquitlam.
said the $140 filing cabinets for $35 were far worse than the $70 regular price ones at staples.

anyone know where i can find a file cart? cant seem to find a nice one for under $100. staples has like nothing
my dad found a nice one for like $30 3-4 years ago from costco but they no longer sell them

Office Depot in Canada has been losing money for years. Staples is still going strong.

Yes. They're pretty close to Office Depot in Coquitlam. They are also close to Ikea and KMS Tools. Next time they have a blow out sale at KMS Tools, I'm gonna ask them to pick up some stuff for me, 'cause you know......... they have nothing better to do. Especially that Installerz guy.

Orgasm Donor, though.......... he's way too busy. That guy is like the backbone of that place.

Too late for you, but I bought a $300.00 chair for 75% off. I thought I got a good deal for a chair at CT for 50% off, but this chair is much nicer and for the price, you cannot go wrong. Sorry it was too late for you. I wish I had known about this sale earlier myself. I could have used a new office desk and a few other things.

Hopefully, this thread will bring more opportunities to save money.
