Suspension Question
 

Hey guys im just wondering whats the best type of suspension...
To have just normal lowering springs onto the stock strut?
To buy sleeve coilovers
or to buy full coilovers( not much money at the moment for these tho)

Ive got an 96 acura integra ls, help me with some brands too plz

depends what you're trying to achieve.

lowering springs on stock struts will ruin your stock struts quite fast. however most people on a budget go this route. something like a h&R sport or even race.

coilover sleeves are a bit stiffer, offer a bit of adjustability in terms of height. unfortunately i don't have much expertise in this area.

and full coil overs offer full adjustability, being able to tune them exactly to your liking, dampening and height wise. something like tein flex.

I had Eibach Pro-kit before and it was very comfortable ride, a lot of people used stock shocks with it but I had tokico blue's

then I ordered Tein SS, same smooth ride on the most comfortable setting and when you harden it, it feels nice and stiff. My friend has Tananbe on his EK and it's semi-race style stiff yet comfortable enough for DD

sleeves - if you get the koni-yellow's you be good

but in the end it really comes down to what you want.

Whatever you choose, factor in alignment.

All depends on budget man. I have the same delema right now. But coilovers will be your best bet if you have the cash. Either way you need to get those stock struts outta there.

budget coilovers like TEIN, H&R's basica setup roughly ranges around $1300-1600
