it's for an accord got some +55 want at least a 10mm spacer
15mm or 20mm would be best

and also the H&R drs spacers are hub centric matched to ur stock hub sizing.
if u go 10mm+ u will need to press in new studs, the H&R spacers come with new studs.
the H&R drm adapters dont need new studs pressed in, but i think their thickness starts around 20mm thick. also if the stock studs are longer than the thickness of the adapters, then u have to make sure ur wheels can use them (back of the wheel hub has empty spaces between the stud bolt holes.

^ yup checked I can use them,
but I just tried it out yesterday if I get anything over 15mm I will need to cut the rear fender, not even roll lol
