the answer is simple, M3 laaa

Meowjin 08-30-2009 03:30 AM

i'm going is350. I don't want to deal with BS repairs, and have my car at the dealership all the time.

but we'll see what I can find from the states.

elkayem 08-30-2009 03:32 AM

Keep the TL.

:werd: parents had one, no one wanted to drive it, plus it's pretty bad on gas
although an E46 M3 isn't better :haha: but at least it's fun to drive,

azn_boix 08-30-2009 09:19 AM

fuck the is350, get the m3!

Conceited much?

It's a good car, and It's decent on gas.

bcrdukes 08-30-2009 11:53 AM

I've decided paying it every month is not the best option for me right now. I'd rather buy a car outright and get rid of my lease.

Yes. He needs to post a lot less and read a lot more and lay off on the unsubstantiated claims he likes to spew out.

godwin 08-30-2009 12:20 PM

DVD NAV are option and there is also a 9GB HD option for later upgrades.

Again if you are looking for interfacing say a Valentine1 into the driver display.. BMW has options.. Lexus not so much due to the MOST bus.

ummm no it doesnt

friend has one and i drove it for couple days, i actually fall in love with the TL

decent interior, enough space, decent power merging and accelerating. Suspsneions is pretty decent. If you are looking for a DK race car, no this is not it. BEcause its a fucking 4 door saloon

You can buy an 09 TL fully loaded to the tits for 23k from the states (my buddy called me asking if i wanted it who lives in seattle)

Also I'd say the tl has probably the best space in class. I have a hard time fitting in cars since im 6"1 with a wide frame.

edit: Also didn't answer your question.

I have 12 grand left on the lease and a buyout of 30 grand. I'd rather just buy a car for 25k canadian, that is nicer. I'm starting to lean on the m3 after reading review on how the is350 is a numb driving car.

Believe me the car handles capably, the ride is not too soft and not too firm, but the steering is absolutely horrible and the biggest let down, I drove one for 6 months, Even after the service bulletins/recalls the steering still was imprecise and inconsistent, plus the horrible gas mileage that everyone claims is hard to ignore. The engine sounds great though when you floor it and the gps is great to use, great highway car, good on gas on the highway and rear legroom is amazing, but even when you're going on offramps etc over 50km/h you can't help but feel the steering wheel's lack of confidence. The interior was definitely best in class though, i have to give acura credit for that

personally 13-14L/100km in a FWD V6 doesn't sound decent to me
But at least the highway driving is good on gas around 7L/100km for me

Maybe I had a particularly bad car?

Oh damn godwin busted my old alias!

godwin 08-30-2009 02:20 PM

He is like a redo of that diggity guy? who used to post whore a lot? They all come and go.

IMO i find that the IS350 is a very nice car. It is probably one of the more affordable cars from japan, that would some European equivalence. Be it that the car doesn't handle or drive like an M3, its still a nice car.

Which package for the IS are you looking at?

Meowjin 08-30-2009 03:00 PM

^just Navi.
