Instead of mocking it, why don't we start an Englsih 001 thread?
It's not just for FOB and ESL people, but EFL (English as a First Language, but still can't get it right) people on RS could find the info useful, too.
We can start with shit like.......
Effect vs Affect
Effect = Zhang Fei's good looks have an awesome effect on women.
Affect = How does Zhang Fei's charm affect older women?
Then vs Than
Then = BNR32 insulted CRS, then he got banned.
Than = BNR32 would rather be banned for life than become good friends with CRS.
See? You make things relevant and people will understand.......... not.
I really shouldn't make fun of ESL students/people. I was, afterall, an ESL student myself.

BTW, the other thread should be titled English 001, not English 101. 101 is a university or college level course.

There isn't a single damn forum on the internet that doesn't have posters with bad spelling and grammar. I see your point, but this isn't English class so no need to be anal about it. If it pisses you off a lot then bitch it out to them like people often do.
