I know that if I won anything in the range of 100 or more Million, I'd take it annually, never as a lump sum. That way I can't fuck my self over, and if I do, i still get whatever million next year. The 2 people who split the 333 mega million last week here in the US are lucky. If I was one, I'd take it annually.. It's 12.5 million every year for 30 years , lol. . Good game. I would never go broke. 1st, I don't like parties, secondly I don't do any kind of drugs, thirdly I'm level headed, I wan't to win, fuck that lotto-curse bs.

Meowjin 09-02-2009 02:38 PM

^payments never keep up with inflation FYI. If you wern't an idiot with your money and knew what you were doing you could do well.

eurochevy 09-02-2009 02:39 PM

thats what happens when ur a retarded 16 year old thats allowed to even buy lottery tickets and have the chance..they arn't old enough to know wtf they're doing and at 16 why the fuck would you be spending money on ex's

Wetordry 09-02-2009 02:51 PM

she did good for herself.

Kid's school fees: taken care of
Parents: taken care of
Grandparents: taken care of
Mortgage: None, she wont die a homeless bum
Car Payment: None

When she gets older (ie grandparents / parents die off), she'll will officially own 3 properties. what more can you ask for?

it will be stupid if the lotto winner does not buy any real estate
chances are 99% of you guys will continue to work after winning $3 mil

1exotic 09-02-2009 02:58 PM

Stupid bitch needs to be slapped, she should have looked me up in the phone book and give me some of that money

Carl Johnson 09-02-2009 03:13 PM

if that's the house in the picture she bought then she is an idiot. and spending close to $700,000 pound on partying, vocation, cloth, surgery, cars is not a wise choice at her age. she will probably regret in her later life why she didn't do better things with the money.

Mugen EvOlutioN 09-02-2009 03:26 PM

she needs to win a bigger pot

:haha:

Aetios 09-02-2009 05:57 PM

I think she is fine. How many of you at her age can say they have a house with no mortgage, bought houses for parents and grandparents, and a trust fund for your children/future children. She might not have as much money to live the lavish lifestyle anymore, but to live comfortably, all she would need to do is get a run-of-the-mill job to pay for food/monthly utilities, car insurance and property tax and she's good to go.

Houses in the UK are tiny - that looks about right for what you would get for 180k pounds (550k divided for three houses)

For her sake i hope she finished school and did some college or university. Or else hello minimum wage job! She can be a McFormer Millionaire!

KingDeeCee 09-02-2009 07:58 PM

Nudes.

you shouldn't call someone an idiot by judging the appearance of the house.
don't you know how expensive it is to buy a house in UK?

She donated 3 grand to charity and bought houses for her family. She's not
that bad after all. Remember, $3million in canada is not the same as $3million
in UK.

FI-Z33 09-02-2009 08:53 PM

the first thing i'd do if i ever win the lottery is to donate some to charity :D

She isn't doing too bad? I beg to differ. So what shes got a house with no debt? she is still only in her 20s, what is she going to do now for another 50 years?

I mean if she got 3+ houses then it's a different story but it's her only house. The point I was going to make is she could've been in a much better financial situation if she went to a professional and got some proper money management advices.

Then again most lay people still thinks their houses is the safest investment out there. Hey remember what caused this recession?

She will end up with 3 houses!

1) her own
2) parents (when parents DIE)
3) grandparents (when grandparents DIE)

:lol And you're the one dishing out the term "idiot"?

There's many ways she could've gone about spending her 1.9M but in the end, a fraction of it was spent on fun, and a fraction with asset ownership. She's no financial expert but not exactly a complete write-off there.

How the hell did real estate market cause the recession?? If you're referring to the Sub Prime industry, it's wasn't people buying real estate, it was the poor lending decisions made by the banks.

Real estate will always be a good investment IF you have to ability hold on to property without it financially crippling you. That way, it can be sold at the right time.

you! 09-03-2009 02:43 PM

wtf they can buy tickets at 16???

The lottery is something to go crazy about. Winning with a 1 to 16million or something odds is something to be happy about.

many professional invested in lehman brother and got nothing out of it. I
would rather have a piece of land with a house on top of it. I don't care how
bad it depreciates in the last 6 years (probably none at this point), at least I
don't have to worry about paying off my debt.

my point is 1.9M in UK is probably only around 2mil cdn in Canada (cost of
living). In 2003, you can get 3 apartments for $650K - $800K...then another
$100K for cars. Spending the remaining 1mil on travel, crack, boob jobs is fair.

Psykopathik 09-05-2009 10:34 AM

as long as you have 1 cent more than before you won the lottery, i'd say you came out ahead.

any stupid decisions made because of $ would have been made regardless. why? because you're stupid. money doesn't make you dumb.

Basick 09-05-2009 08:54 PM

wow, what a waste of good money...

underscore 09-05-2009 11:00 PM

dumb bitch

no 3mil might not completely change your life, but you can do a lot better shit with it. even investing most of it and retiring a hell of a lot earlier.

also asian_xl 1.9mil pounds ~ close to 4 mil cdn
