Why don't you get a stripped out AE86 instead, and slap on the S2K engine?
It would be cool if you beat the GTR that way.
Then after the quarter mile, you can start pulling wicked drifts, and he won't be able to do that with his fully electronic aided AWD car.
Don't worry about the launch. It's all about the twisties.
On a more serious note, why does it even matter who has the faster car. This isn't Tokyo Drift, where winner gets the girl and respect or something.
If it is, you need to seriously find new friends to hang out with. And everyone who worships that guy probably worships him for his ballin' GTR, and not for it being a faster car than yours.
So you having a faster car would be besides the point. Unless you go and get a Lamborghini or something.

boost your car to freaking boost it...to make your car faster...but don't boost it solely on the purpose of beating your "gtr friend". Unless hes worth the money...
Anyways if you consider yourself an s2k enthusiast, then i say do it...if not then you can spend your money somewhere else where you would gain more bang for your buck.

A supercharger wont be able to touch a GTR. Turbo is the only way to go, therefore enjoy your peaky powerband weak as a slug around town car. Your best mod is a new gf.
