i doubt burnaby will cover your cost...im a burnaby city worker and they wouldnt even cover mine...

however....if its a road where theres some road work being done thats been contracted out to any company...go after the company and they'll pay up, send them pictures, call them, let them know what happend, send them your bill. they should reimburse you
