Pioneer AVIC Z1 motor problem

Hey guys, I have an AVIC Z1 that used to work fine in my old EP3. I took it out and installed it into my new ride, but now the screen only opens partially when I press the eject button. It gets stuck halfway and won;t move. I have to turn off the ignition to get the screen to close back.

Basically, the rest of the unit works great, but I just cant load any more CDs or eject the one thats already inside.

Anyone local able to service this unit?

Thanks

are you sure its not that its getting caught in your dash kit?
Aligning Double din when mounted into dashes usually does that a lot, takes a lot of time to mount it properly, maybe your screws are too tight on the unit pinching it. Pull it out and try it on a bench.

If its none of those try:

Nippon Video and Sound - Richmond behind Ikea
Japan Eletronics - Main St. & 30th
