1985 GMC S-15 Pickup No Start No fuel

Hey guys. I have a 1985 GMC S-15 pu with a 2.5L engine. I have got a no start problem. This injector will not spray unless you ground the lt. blue wire at the TBI or the ECM. Of course it sprays constantly and will run as long as the circuit is completed or until all the fuel in the manifold is burned. I have checked the trouble codes several times. The only one I can get is a Code 12 (no codes showing). I have checked the wiring between TBI harness, MAP sensor, coolant sending unit and the ECM. The continuity was fine in all the wires and none were loose in the connectors. So I replaced the ECM. This did not fix anything. I am thinking about pulling the engine harness and bench testing. The TPS and the MAP sensors appear to be working properly. No fault codes and the voltages were in specs. I also ohmed all three ground wires at the ECM which turned out ok also. If anyone could enlighten me, I would appreciate it. Been spinning wheels too long. Thanks

Are you getting any spark? If you aren't getting spark either i would check your igniter.

Engine is in time. Plenty of spark. No fuel unless ground side of TBI harness is going to ground.
