I've saw that car in person and met the owner as well (cool guy). It's a 323i. The hood is C/F painted silver/left out the middle unpainted. The car looks nicer in person btw.

+1 I didn't think it was that ugly, looks pretty mean from the front, but yeah some of those vents are rice
