My AFC gave me an ABS CEL code of LOL while at WOT!

Any ship localy can upgrade or flash HTC Magic phone
Hi guys

Do you know any reliable shop locally can upgrade the ROM of my HTC Magic phone with a reasonable price and provide good services ?

Please kindly advise.
