There's nothing wrong with mcdonalds, as long as you adjust the meals a bit. Drinking the sugary drinks, eating all the fries in their toxic oils, and the disgusting mcnugget dipping sauces filled with high-fructose corn syrup are what's killing you though, not the burgers.

gangbang burger w/ coke! so bad but so good.
or 6 or 10 pieces bugget meal w/ honey mustard and ice tea.(just had 6 pieces meal since i was already full but remembered this thread)

Just had a triple stacker at Burger King.. Damn it was good!
Bacon, cheese, patty, cheese, patty, cheese, patty, bun. And unlike the Whopper it doesn't come with a huge starchy bun that will give you a heart attack. Yum!!!
