What's wrong with the vents? besides, they are not actual vents. At least not the top one. The bottom one may be real but I doubt it.

regardless of size, any vent that help minimizing the rear bumper "scoop" effect is helping.

however, in order for that GV rear bumper vents to work they must remove the mud guard which is part of the rear bumper structural reinforcement. So I'll say the GV one is not functional and for look only.
