Buying a used car (car discounts)

What sort of discounts will i be able to get if i purchase a used car for 20k-24k through a third party dealership? Any ball park percentages? I know its kinda a vague question but for anybody that has just gone through the process it would be helpful to me thanks!

Also, for the BCAA inspections, am i suppose to bring someone there to check up on the car or is the dealership suppose to do that and then provide me with a report? How much does it cost?

The B&S/Classifieds?

Your first question is so vague that I doubt even God himself can answer it.

Your second question should be obvious enough that YOU should bring it in to an inspection shop and have it inspected. If it were the dealer, who is to say he can't just lie about it? The whole idea of getting it inspected is so that you PERSONALLY know that nothing is wrong with it. Cost can vary depending on how in-depth you want it.

I think you can call BCAA and they can send someone down to inspect the car at a cost
