alright guys, for those of you that live in surrey

keep on the look out..

the car was spotted today Oct19, 2009 @

152 st and 64 ave on a white flat bed, with the front bumper missing, it seems the whole car is still together, cept for the bumper. Alright keep it up..

thanks alot guys.

-EuroRSN- 10-19-2009 11:49 PM

and.... was the flat bed followed??? plates? who saw it?

dark0821 10-20-2009 03:36 PM

and...
alright, i got a call from RCMP.. and I got the car back..

thats the good news..

the bad news is... well.. the rims are.. well.. ruined... some might be beyond repair, the front bumper is in 2 pieces completely, the rear bumper has a huge crack runnign thru it.. wil be in 2 pieces soon... my side skirts are ripped off, my car doesnt start, but the SR20 is still under the hood, so I am towin it to my mechanic.. and see what can be done.

keep you guys posted.. I would like to thank everyone here for all your help =P

but depending on the dmg.. it might be wise to part out.. and go for... tureno!!!!

Anything covered by insurance?

TRD Rs200 10-20-2009 04:23 PM

AzNightmare 10-20-2009 05:25 PM

dark0821 10-20-2009 06:50 PM

EndLeSS8 10-20-2009 06:51 PM

Bring all of your receipts to ICBC, EVERYTHING. Even ask the previous owner for receipts.

spoon.ek9 10-20-2009 06:53 PM

why is ICBC covering nothing?!?! this was a theft for god's sake.

The_AK 10-20-2009 07:07 PM

how the hell did they manage to ruin your rims?? :S did they go over potholes or suck at parallel parking?

getalove 10-20-2009 07:16 PM

Did u buy the cheapest insurance or something and not put an alarm in ur car?

SkunkWorks 10-20-2009 08:22 PM

Wow, you didn't buy comprehensive?

jing 10-20-2009 09:45 PM

^ Bingo.

CP.AR 10-21-2009 12:27 AM

sorry to hear OP... I hope your mechanic finds a fix for the engine not starting issue.

Otherwise all the damage sounds like it's cosmetic broken bumpers, rims etc...), so no way they going to write it off... Maybe you should consider repairing the car?

for something that means so much to you ( i assume of course since we're all car enthusiasts and treat our cars like our own baby ) there wasn't much " protection " for it ..

all the best though.

no car alarm, no comprehensive...

i hate to sound like a dick.. but come on?
at least the engine is still there.

Is there any info on who had the car or how it was found?

TypeRNammer 10-21-2009 03:13 PM

Having no comprehensive is a big no no.
