most of the guys here in the Acura (especially TL) are on AZ, so you would be better off getting an answer there...
Simple answer is NO
unless you want to spend a weekend cutting and fitting

^ yeah theres slight differences in the design of the front and rear end, most noticeably the fog light area.

I don't believe there is any difference is between the two different year tl typeSs. It should be a direct fit but just to be safe call the the acura dealer!

As far as i have seen both front and rear fit, Front you need the lower grills and fog assemblies as well the main grill is larger. I am pretty sure you also will need to change the strip on the hood to match the type s grill.
