Having to wait inline in Vancouver when the club is empty inside is a joke. Playing the same top 40 music over and over again gets quite annoying. Agreed! In my circle of friends I'm known as the guy who will never go clubbing so people never bother asking me to go. I've given it a try in Vancouver for years before finally being fed up with it. I don't have anything against clubbing itself, just Vancouver clubs. For me personally I only want 2 things when it comes to clubbing or any party for that fact. Good vibe and good music and most of Vancouver's club don't have either, not even by a long shot. God I can't wait to go to Europe.

I don't think i'll ever really go clubbing in Vancouver after living in Beijing and Shanghai.

What's the difference ? The people girls/guys are all friendly. It really makes you WANT to go out and meet people and get numbers and shit. Here, you gotta put up with prissy snob girls that are used to being on pedestals when they're really 6's while the guys are busy frontin like they''re gangsters when they really need mommy and daddy to pimp their rides.

they mkae you pay first off...because your trying to go to a club with three guys when clubs DT are already full of guys...the majority of clubs are full of guys this is why they dont try to grease girls they usually get the straight walk through...if you look heaty and like some ed hardy goof your getting charged just because your a goof! haha...and third bouncers make like 15 dollars an hour why the hell would they not try and pocket money per head when they work at the two hottest clubs in town!(caprice / venue)..i know quite a few bouncers from those clubs personally and they arnt dicks..they are just trying to make a living most have second jobs..if you had their jobs you would do the exact same thing!

no kidding. I hate asian clubs. And honestly I thought about it but EI's and Asians all love white chicks, and there isn't much left in this city, so I think thats why most people complain when they are so stuck up.

party scene is decent here, I just think everyone who talks about other douchebags is a douchebag themself.

When it was plaza it could get a bit iffy. But I never had problems with them. I thought they were pretty nice guys.
