eat then brush, ... unless i am on vacation somewhere or staying over somewhere with a friend/boyfriend since nobody wants to be around someone with stinky breath. Brushing before leaving the house is logical as you don't want food particles stuck between your teeth the whole time until lunch time because bacteria will grow |

I agree with ulic about the stereotypes, from what I have seen, most asian people brush before most white people brush after. I'm white and I brush after, asked a few of my asian buddies, they brush before. I heard on the Nick carter show(no homo) that human teeth were never meant to be brushed so often, and it damages the enamel. |
