Seriously, if the kid has been discovered with high IQ at such young age, a much better guidance is needed.

But it does require more test IMO, the first IQ test I ever took said I had 145, the second one 139 and by the third one I took in high school, I had 120, which is still pretty standard...

That's cool and all but being 1/100,000 makes him one of 67,000 such people on earth. Not common, but also not really THAT newsworthy...
