Will there be a BOGO on the Werkstat Plush Towels? I love those thick microfibers but i can't bring myself to pay 7 bucks a piece for them haha

All orders under $150 will cost a flat rate of $15 for shipping anywhere in Canada. Orders over $150 qualify for free shipping. This is before the new shipping rate right? or did I mis-read something?
