Mb/s = Megabits
Megabits / 8 = Megabytes (MB)

I'm pretty clear on it. 25-30 Megabits (3-4 MB/s) is still really fast compared to the rated speeds (7.5-15Mb/s according to shaw's website)

Telus is fine, you guys just need to get the faster service, and factor in that Shaw has speedboost so the first minute is always a lot faster than the average speed.

its not just canada even in the us a fttp service like verizon fios for 15/5up is $50 us and you have to sign a contract :cry:

extreme with shaw powerboost, up is pitiful but i dont really have a need for good up
