LOL.
I know a guy who use to be a part time admin on POF. I remember him telling me that POF does go after fake profiles. They basically delete them and do IP bans but legal action is pretty farfetched unless you're using someones picture with their personal information and doing some fucked up shit. Just remember one thing, some people live and breathe online dating so tell your buddy not to mess around with too many women. He might get his pee pee chopped off.
