I was playing on this earlier today, I really didn't like the 6 speed shifter because it's too light, feels cheap and kinda imprecise, often from 2nd to 3rd i found myself shifting into 5th, also NEEDS A HANDBRAKE >.< okay maybe not...
The guy in the first video has a pretty shitty set up btw, just a nice looking seat and silly costume...
BTW anyone played nfs shift on this? it's crap on the wheel, you'll find yourself recalibrating the wheel constantly.. , but for a more realistic game go for it |

Agreed ilvtofu the G25 shifter is the weakest part of the wheel and feels like an afterthought to me. Where it does lack in that aspect it really gains in the smoothness and preciseness of the gears for the actual wheel (the most important part imho).
Some reasons why I play iracing: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Cn96JwbB1Ag http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w2ThZnqMpNU http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H33RUflkvVU
laser scanned tracks and fantastic physics... Makes lfs feel 1 dimensional and anything you will play on a console feel like... just an arcade console game

Ya it is pay to play... but in my opinion it is worth it. The development team is constantly releasing new cars, tracks, physics, options, versions of the website ect. I am quite happy to pay for this kind of quality.

meh. Custom large diameter steering wheel ftfw. 5.1 surround lets you hear if cars are coming in from behind.
