you say your friend brought her to a clinic, so what happened? how long do you have to wait to figure out if you have a baby or not? if she's showing "signs" then a pregnancy test should well be efficient since the pregnancy hormone should have surfaced.

2. her breasts feel tender

i'm not sure if the symptoms above match the article, but do you think we should go to the clinic again? Maybe take another test? For me this seems like a game, I dunno whats really going on...after that pregnancy test that didn't work...I wonder if my buddy knocked her up again.

you can't be "not-pregnant" then feel symptoms like 2 days ago after 2 weeks. it's honestly not THAT EASY to get pregnant. and if she does get that "lucky," i feel sorry for all those women out there who really wants to have children but can't. seriously, your friend is a douchebag if he's still sleeping around with a 17 year old who planned all this out.
it doesn't seem like your friend has taken anything away from this scare so to me...he is immature and not realizing how big of a possible mess he could have been in. he's brushing it off now because he's in the clear. it's time your friend grows up and stops thinking how wonderful/cool it is to bang a hot eurasian or whatever.
