face it at least 20% of the cops we have shouldn't be cops because they have issues and take them out on people. you should only be a cop if you can control your emotions. trust me I've met cops that truly can handle situations in a professional manner when a normal person would lose his mind and i've met others that blow their lid over nothing. most are professional. the ones that are not such as these guys do NOT deserve a desk job. they do NOT deserve a leave with pay. what they deserve is to get sued and out of a job for good.
