I don't know much about Fido's current warranty policies. But I remember back then Pre- Rogers era they just swap out your old broken phone with a new/refurb phone and pretty much no question asked.
What hasn't Killed me, has made me more tolerant of RS!

thats was during "rogers era" too. we just recently swapped over to the loaner phone repair centre method.
