Rainforest Reptile Refuge - anyone been?

Thinking of taking my GF's 7yo daughter there, she has a gecko and loves lizards.

Anyone been recently?

I have. Doesn't look like much of anything from the outside but Christine has packed a lot of stuff in there. They have lizards, caimans and dragons if she's into that kind of thing. However, make sure she doesn't have a phobia of snakes or spiders as there are many of those as well. When I went, there was also a crocodile. Not sure if it's still there anymore.

Anyways, it's the best place to see reptiles in the lower mainland. Beats the heck out of the Vancouver Aquarium imo.

If you're heading out that way, doesn't hurt to go across the border to do some shopping as well. The refuge is located about 5 minutes from the truck border.
