I love the fact that we have the most hypocritical laws in the world. If you have a beer on the beach on a warm summers day, you get treated like you are a criminal by the police and get harassed, beer taken away, and a ticket.
However, if you are smoking crack and scaring people shitless they do absolutely nothing and completely ignore it. On top of that, they feel sorry for these people.

The government treats everyone like children and imposes these laughable rules. We will become the laughingstock of the world when the Olympics come and people from around the world discover our laws.

I most likely shouldnt be saying this BUT...
This by law was actually not thought up by the city. One company that owns quite a few bars/pubs/lounges in Vancouver has been trying to get this through for a while now. Bar/Pubs/Lounges dont get effected by this by law so it would force people that want to drink to go there instead of restaurants.

I'm not gonna say the name of the company but it starts with a D and ends with an onnelly.

Dont totally blame the city for putting this through. Blame the companies being greedy and wanting to make more money.
