please help! b16 clutch problem

My 92 civic sir(rhd) the soft/rubber clutch hose has a leak in it. I thought it would be an easy fix i guess not. I ordered the line from a del sol, 99 sir, si etc. none of them fit. The problem is on my civic both ends of the hose are the same fitting, on all other cars one end fits but the other end is wrong. Any body got a solution or know anyone who is selling one? I'm sorry if my wording for the part is wrong.

You could always just make a Steel Braided line with fittings.
