Is it possible to drop a rb2500 into a 240sx? (sorry if this is the wrong forum to post this in)

We did one this past summer it involved custom motor mounts custom intercooler tubing (I didnt do a battery relocation) and a custom turbo exhaust outlet tube. Other then that just you basic swap wiring reconfig.

Awesome, thanks for the input. What is the best year to do it with to minimize problems and troubles? Or does it really make much of a difference?

i would probably go with the S14 Chassis, according to my buddy who did a few, says its a bit easier of a fit apparently.
