Just different standards guys. For all we know there's some Bulgarian import car forum where people rip on Canadians for not having kids, even in their 20s. 11 is young as hell imho but what do I know. 
I feel bad for the guy, if he really did think she was 15. Though that's still pedo territory by our standards. And  at the girl who didn't even get sex ed yet.
