Take a minute out of your busy day in honour of those who served, please. It's not too much to ask. This day is the most important of all days, I believe. It doesn't celebrate some god or creation of some province or nation. It is about the sacrifices people have made to ensure our lives are what it is today. Sometimes forgotten are the Canadian soldiers of Asian descent who fought for our freedoms. It is not just about the dead. It is also about the survivors and the people who are right now defending our way of life. I plan to do a lot of stuff today, but come the 11th hour, I will honour those who put everything on the line for me, my family, and you. Thank you........... |
^truth all kidding aside, i do appreciate what was done for us and respect everyone who put their lives on the line for us. |
At 11:11 I'll probably be making a wish XD |
Pay respect to the ones who fought in WW1 & WW2 it's because of them we have the freedom of today. My Grandfather (RIP) was in the navy and the storys he used to tell were beyond crazy from what I can remember!!! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v1TuD...eature=related |
