Ask anyone in human kinetics. They will tell you that thing is virtually useless.

If anything P90X will get you ripped. There's no substitute for good old hard work.

I was thinking of doing that, but I'm still not sure if it's worth it.

Question is if you can GAIN with it. I'm massively underweight. I'm white, but asian-sized.

It is absolutely worth it. Mind you, its working out 5-6 times a week. It absolutely works. THe workouts are so intense yet fun. Combine it with a proper eating program and it really works. Unless the person is lazy and quits.

For example, for one work out work out you basically do over about hundred chin ups. (Once you are fit)

I started out being able to only do 1/2 a chinup, but I can do a set of 10 quite easily, and its only been 1.5 months.

just find someone with p90 and copy the exercises, its just a significant amount of reps from what i've seen. lots of untraditional exercises but nothing you can't write down. fuck the dvd's, waste of money.
